Trailhead Terms of Service

Trailhead is a community platform designed to help people living abroad discover information, share recommendations, and connect with others in their region.

The Service may include:

- community posts

- comments and discussions

- events and activities

- service listings and recommendations

- marketplace or buy/sell content

- guides and informational content

Trailhead may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country.

- interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service

Trailhead reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

- listings

- event submissions

- other materials

However, by posting content you grant Trailhead a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt your content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights needed to share it.

Trailhead may review, remove, or restrict content that:

- violates these Terms

- violates applicable law

- threatens the safety of users

- undermines the integrity of the community

Moderation decisions may include:

- removing posts or comments

- limiting visibility of content

- suspending accounts

- permanently banning users

Moderation may be performed by automated systems or human moderators.

Trailhead may allow users to post recommendations, services, or marketplace listings.

Trailhead does not endorse or guarantee:

- services listed on the platform

- businesses recommended by users

- transactions conducted between users

Any interactions or transactions between users occur at your own risk.

Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before engaging with a service, business, or other user.

All content and materials provided by Trailhead, including:

- logos

- software

- design

- branding

- interface elements

are owned by Trailhead or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from these materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Trailhead Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Trailhead collects, uses, stores, and protects your data.

Trailhead may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

- you violate these Terms

- your use poses risk to other users or the platform

- required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may also request deletion of your account through the Service where that feature is available.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Trailhead makes no warranties regarding:

- accuracy of community content

- availability of the Service

- reliability of third-party services, listings, or external links

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailhead disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trailhead and its operators shall not be liable for:

- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- loss of data

- loss of profits

- disputes between users

- transactions conducted through the platform

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Trailhead may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, Trailhead may notify users through the Service or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Trailhead, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
